PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) collaborates with PT Indosat (Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison) in an effort to improve financial services and information technology. The collaboration is implemented through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between BNI and Indosat regarding a comprehensive agreement covering financing and providing special financial solutions for Indosat employees, as well as providing information technology services such as IT devices and data centers for BNI.
BNI Retail Banking Director Corina Leyla Karnalies said the collaboration was carried out in order to strengthen the business ecosystem in Indonesia.
“With this collaboration, it is hoped that BNI can provide greater benefits for Indosat customers throughout Indonesia,” said Corina in a written statement, Monday (29/7).
In addition, as part of the collaboration, BNI will provide financial solutions specifically aimed at Indosat employees including a variety of banking products and services designed to meet their personal and professional financial needs.
In return, Indosat will provide information technology services required by BNI, including information technology devices, access to data centers, and other services that support BNI’s operational activities and technology development.
According to Corina, this collaboration will not only expand the business network, but also strengthen the business lines of each company so as to provide a positive impact for all parties.
“This collaboration is a strategic step that shows the commitment of both companies to innovate and provide added value to the business ecosystem in Indonesia,” he said. (Z-11)
