RIA Ricis will star for the first time in a series that will air on the streaming platform WeTV and will begin the filming process this week.
Ricis’ appearance and acting will certainly invite curiosity because she will play the role of a magical genie in the series Cinta Dua Dunia, which has a fantasy romance drama theme.
In this series, Ricis will act alongside other talented actresses such as Caitlin Halderman, Rebecca Klopper, and young actor Anrez Adelio.
The Love of Two Worlds series involves renowned director Anggy Umbara and this series is a collaboration between WeTV Indonesia and MD Entertainment.
Executive Producer and Country Head of WeTV Indonesia Lesley Simpson said, “WeTV Original Cinta Dua Dunia is one of the series that has been long awaited for its production process. The Love of Two Worlds series tells the story of Lila, a princess from the Jin kingdom, who runs away to Earth for 100 days to avoid the matchmaking season in the Jin world. However, unbeknownst to Lila, her aide Krissy, comes along to Earth.
Unintentionally, upon arriving on Earth, Lila causes an accident that causes her power source bracelet to be embedded in the chest of Andra, the victim of the accident. In order to return to the Jin world, Lila must fulfill Andra’s three requests in order to retrieve her bracelet.
Along the way, a love triangle emerges after Lila meets Nicholas, a handsome actor who is also Andra’s colleague. In addition, Lila must face obstacles from Mandy who tries to distance Lila from Andra. (Z-1)
