The news of Downey Jr. in the role of Doom opens up several possibilities. Finally, and thanks to the fact that the multiverse resource allows to represent several versions of the same character (as seen in Deadpool & Wolverine), it is impossible not to fantasize about Downey Jr. playing some new version of Iron Man, and thus reopening the circle that seemed to end in Endgame.
