Jorge Rodríguez: Venezuela has a robust voting system

“Venezuela has a very effective, robust, auditable, verifiable voting system that does not allow any type of event that alters the identity of the voter and their voting intention,” said the president of the Venezuelan Legislative Branch and the head of the Our Venezuela campaign, Jorge Rodríguez.

On the other hand, he welcomed the fact that it is through electoral means that Venezuelans can resolve their political differences, while highlighting that the country has enough channels so that the issues that differentiate us can be resolved. “One of the most fruitful dialogues that exists is the one expressed through voting,” he highlighted.

“Everything has happened in the most absolute and complete normality, it hasn’t even rained. The elections have progressed in complete peace,” he highlighted while ensuring that this peace will be maintained to achieve economic recovery and peace for all.

Likewise, he regretted that a small minority of the opposition has refused to sign the agreement to recognize the results of this Sunday’s elections.
