Up to 213% more expensive compared to other European countries is the baby milk in Greece. Greek parents are asked to pay up to three times more for infant formula than in other countries.
Baby milk, an irreplaceable product for babies, is sold in our country from 32 to 213% more expensive than in the rest of the European Union.
According to a price comparison survey carried out by the Competition Commission last November, for the prices of baby milk for babies up to 6 months in Greece are from 144% to 171% above the lowest price found in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Name brand baby milk in Greece deviates from 167% to 213% from the lowest price found in Finland and Sweden, as noted by a Mega report.
