ABIDZAR Al-Ghifari reported account X to Polda Metro Jaya following a thread that touched on the death of Abidzar’s father, Ustaz Jefri Al-Buchori alias Uje. The police are currently investigating the case.
“The report was just received yesterday and investigators are still investigating it,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Thursday (25/7).
The report was registered with the number LP/B/4214/VII/2024/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA dated July 24, 2024. Ade Ary said Abidzar reported account X regarding alleged defamation.
“What was reported? Alleged defamation through electronic media. In the brief description that he reported, the reporter as the victim explained that around July 21, 2024 at 21.00 WIB, the victim saw a post on the X application with an account name that according to the victim offended the family in an inappropriate context by using the name of the victim’s biological father,” he explained.
The questionable thread X was also uploaded by Abidzar Al-Ghifari on his personal social media account. It is known that the user of the account is named @ProjectHunterA.
The thread appears to discuss the accident involving Abidzar’s father, Ustaz Jefri Al-Buchori. User X revealed that the accident that occurred in 2013 was Uje’s fault which ultimately affected his children’s mental health.
