Asuncion, IP Agency.-The national women’s under-20 soccer team is stepping up its preparations for the ecumenical event that will take place between August and September in cities across Colombia.
The work is led and supervised by coach Fabio Fukumoto and his technical team.
The training session the day before took place in the main gymnasium of the Women’s High Performance Football Centre (CARFEM), where the selected players worked under the instructions of the physical trainer, Carlos Villalba.
He ordered warm-up movements, followed by a general strength circuit, intermittent work, and finished the activities with physical-technical work, general stretching, and cryotherapy sessions.
For this week of training, the players Adriana Martínez, Hannah Nuñez, Araceli Leguizamón and Vanesa Arnaboldi, who play abroad and have already been released by their clubs, were summoned and later in the following weeks, the other members of the Albirrojo squad will join.
The last mobilization will take place this Friday, always at the Women’s High Performance Soccer Center, in the morning.
