LAZNAS BMH and Es Teh Indonesia shared happiness by holding a Blessed Friday program for students and orphanage children in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
Children from the Hidayatullah Batakte Islamic Boarding School, the Aisyiah Orphanage, and the At-Tin Namosain Orphanage became participants in the Blessed Friday program from 200 beneficiaries who received rice parcels and iced tea.
“Alhamdulillah, we are very grateful and happy. Hopefully the kindness of BMH and Es Teh Indonesia will be accepted by Allah and become a blessing for all,” said Usman, the administrator of Panti Aisyiah Putra, with emotion.
In his statement today, Khairuddin, Head of BMH NTT Representative, explained that this program was implemented thanks to the unwavering support of the community.
“Every Friday, one of the things we do is in the form of the Blessed Friday program. Of course, there are still many good things that we need to do for others,” he said enthusiastically.
This Blessed Friday is not just about food and drink, but also about sharing love and care.
“Blessed Friday, it is very beautiful if we share blessings. Alms of food and drink, although simple, are a sign of gratitude and proof of love for others that invites grace and blessings from Allah Ta’ala,” concluded Khairuddin. (Z-8)
