France’s next chance at a medal will come this Sunday, with events including judo, fencing and even mountain biking, with Pauline Ferrand-Prévot or Roana Lecomte even having a double chance at the title. In swimming, Léon Marchand, the world record holder in the 400m individual medley, also joined the race.

This Sunday there will also be a chance to meet the youngest member of the French Olympic team, 14-year-old skateboarder Lucie Schoonheere. At noon, she will set off to the Place de la Concorde skatepark, which impressed her. “There are a lot of stands and it’s scary! But it doesn’t change my performance,” she promises in the episode.
