Asuncion, IP Agency.- The president of the Paraguayan Sanitary Services Company (Essap), Luis Fernando Bernal, signed the resolution awarding the service of patching and pavement repair in the areas affected by the pipe repair work carried out by the institution.
“This is something that we have been longing for for quite some time, asphalt resurfacing,” said the president of Essap after signing the resolution.
“We want to stop being part of the problem and today we are doing what we have to do to transform that reality,” he said, assuring that all the sections affected by the repairs of broken pipes will be paved by the institution.
Following the signing of the resolution, there are approximately 20 more days for the formalisation and announcement of the awarded company, and the start of the works.
Patching and pavement repair work is necessary for the institution, given the social impact of repairing pipes is directly related to the optimization of the drinking water service.
In this regard, the president of Essap asks citizens to call 021-162 or use the app male sap to report water leaks due to broken pipes.
“ESSAP aims to continue promoting policies for the well-being of users throughout the country,” the institution states.
