“Perfect Strangers”, by P. Genovese, directed by Giorgos Pyrpasopoulos and Petros Lagoutis and produced by Th. Marosoulis Theatrical Enterprises, the show that thrilled the audience and critics and which for two whole seasons was applauded in the packed “Athina” Theater, started this in the summer her trip to Greece.
With stops in the major urban centers of the country and beyond, the play, which has so far been seen by more than 80,000 spectators, is preparing for its summer tour to entertain and move those who love good theater. One of these stations is the outdoor theater “G.Pappas” in Aigio where it will be presented on Tuesday, July 30.
Starring well-known and beloved actors: Petro Lagoutis, Giorgos Chraniotis, Christos Sapountzis, Costas Kappa, Martha Lampiri-Fedoruf, Meni Konstantinidou, Sofia Manolakou and Aliki Kakolyris in the role of the little daughter and an excellent text that she delivered with inspiration and passion Eleonora Meleti, the “Perfect Strangers” aspire to entertain the theater-loving public in their summer tour.
Seven friends meet for lunch at the home of one of the couples. They decide to play a game. They all leave their cell phones in the middle of the table and share with each other the content of every text, email or phone call they receive. Secrets surface that upset the balance in relationships. Because as Gabriel García Márquez said, “Each of us has three lives, one public, one personal and one secret.” And as if three lives weren’t enough, there’s also a Full Moon…
The project “Perfect Strangers”, with its hilarious twists and unexpected developments, has been a huge success abroad and has also become a very successful motion picture in 18 countries.
