It is reported that there is a land dispute between Pawan Kumar and Jitendra Kumar, which is being heard under the sub-divisional officer of Tyothar. The dispute began when lawyer Rajendra Gautam arrived at the SDM office at 2 PM during the hearing.
Dispute Arising from Late Arrival
In fact, SDM Sanjay Kumar Jain claimed that he had been sitting since 12:00 PM, while the lawyer argued that their hearing was scheduled for 2:00 PM, which is why he arrived at that time. This disagreement gradually escalated.

Complaint to Administrative Officials

On the other hand, the Chief Minister stated that lawyer Gautam initiated the dispute by speaking in a threatening tone and in a loud voice in court.
Dispute Started Over Extension of Date
The conflict between the SDM and the lawyer began when the SDM extended the date due to the lawyer’s absence at the scheduled time in court. Advocate Rajendra Gautam claimed that he was given a time of 2 PM, so he arrived at court at that time, but the SDM had already postponed the date. The advocate stated that delays in justice are also considered a form of injustice, causing his client difficulties due to repeated extensions.
