In the images published by American media, Biden is seen getting out of a car, dressed in a blue suit and blue tie and wearing his traditional aviator sunglasses, and climbing the stairs of the presidential plane.
In response to shouted questions from the press waiting for him behind a security cordon, the president only replied that he was “fine.”
The president had been isolated at his home in Delaware since last Wednesday, the 16th, when he tested positive for Covid. According to the latest report from his doctor, Kevin O’Connor tested negative on Tuesday, the 23rd, and the symptoms have disappeared.
“During the course of her infection, she never developed a fever and her vital signs remained normal, including pulse oximetry. Her lungs remained clear,” the report said.
Biden announced Tuesday that he will address the nation from the Oval Office on Wednesday, in which he will discuss his resignation as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.

He will also speak, he added in a message on X, about “what lies ahead” and how he will finish “the job” for the American people during the nearly six months he has left as president.

Last Sunday, July 21, the president announced in a letter to the American people that he was withdrawing from the presidential race following criticism from within his own party for his disastrous performance in the first debate against Donald Trump (2017-2021) that took place on June 27.
He said he did it for the good of the country and the party and announced that he would address the nation this week to explain what had happened.
