Renata del Castillo Shares Heartfelt Update on Cancer Battle and Urges for Financial Support for Treatment

The actress Renata del Castillo, who has worked on projects such as ‘Control Z’, ‘Como dice el dicho’, and ‘Cuando seas mía’, announced last week that she had to make the decision to stop chemotherapy after a long fight against cancer, as the treatment had left her with severe side effects.

“I’m going to share some news that I hadn’t previously disclosed, I can no longer undergo chemotherapy, I discussed it with my oncologist, due to the bleeding that the chemotherapy is causing me. This obviously triggers a progression of the cancer, but I have a lot of faith and I will continue the fight,” she indicated.
