HENRIK RYDSTRÖM AFTER THE MATCH

– The way we see it, we win the match at half-time, how we handled the break. I said a few things but above all it felt like the players accepted that we were 2-0 down. It’s easy to start blaming yourself and feel ashamed and maybe don’t want to go out and play the second half, that’s how it can be as a footballer because you’re human and feel a lot. We knew we had to go out and take charge in the second half to be able to turn the game around.

– It can be difficult to be behind by two goals, but we also knew that the match is alive after just one goal and I thought that Sirius were cautious early in the second half and that gives us some energy. But at the same time, there were several situations where I caught my breath because there were several changes that could have been really dangerous if the Sirius players had made different decisions. Then there are small margins, Sirius had a ball in the post at 3-3 and then we went up and decided almost immediately. But I think we mustered enough to deserve three points.

– Nils is a fantastic young player who has his head. Then I think we were all surprised when it was he who splashed the goal. He claims that we had a practice when he did the same, but it is doubtful. I am happy with a lot in his game. Physically, he is a specimen and he uses it. He will be as good as it gets.
