Pop Folk Rock band Nareil released the single Seni Untuk Menderita by collaborating with Richie Setiawan, former vocalist of Five Minutes.
The Art of Suffering contains the message that hoping in humans is the beginning of suffering. Therefore, Nareil invites people to hang their hopes only in God.
Nareil consists of 2 people who are siblings named Nesta as the vocalist, rhythm guitarist and Azriel as the lead guitarist.
Before the band was formed, Nesta and Azriel had their own bands. However, they were both brought together when covid-19 hit Nareil. The band was actually planned to be established in 2020, but everything was only realized in 2021.
The Art of Suffering is part of Nareil’s debut book album released in 2024. It contains 8 songs and a novel consisting of 8 chapters with the same title. The eight titles are Interpreting Your Dreams, Blooming Flowers, Behind the Walls, The Art of Suffering, Stories to Laugh at, Stars and Sky, Novels, and the last is Dreaming of Being Slept Long.
This book album tells regarding human destiny that has been written on the Sidratul Muntaha tree. Happiness and sadness, meeting and separation, life and death, loyalty and betrayal are a message poured into the whole story.
The production process of the Semesta Semestiah Album is quite short. Nareil only needed less than 1 month to complete 8 songs on this album. In the recording process, there are some materials on this album that were also assisted by friends from 11.12 Music. (Z-1)
