“He never answered my message again”

Jose Antonio Neme had a short conversation on the show What can I tell you? where he discussed various topics, including his relationship with some of his colleagues.

During the conversation, Sergio Rojas asked him regarding his connection with Tonka Tomicic, which is currently under investigation in the Watches Case.

While the TV hosts were not close friends in the past, they maintained a professional relationship. There was even a plan at one point for both of them to have an online show, but it did not materialize.

When questioned regarding this, the host of Nice to meet you mentioned: “The issue is that she never replied to my message.”

Neme confirmed that they did film a pilot at one point, but the project never moved forward.

“No, I don’t know what Tonka is doing now. We also filmed a pilot, but it didn’t progress further. That’s where it ended,”
he stated.

It was revealed a few weeks ago that Tomicic made statements regarding the Relojes Case, where she disclosed that her monthly earnings ranged from $40 million to $250 million pesos.

During the discussion, Sergio Rojas questioned Neme regarding his connection with Tonka Tomicic, particularly in light of the ongoing Watches Case investigation.

While Neme and Tomicic did not have a particularly close friendship previously, they did share a professional rapport.

There were even plans at one point for both of them to collaborate on an online project. However, this idea never came to fruition.

When asked regarding the project, Neme mentioned, “The thing is, he never answered my message once more.”

He further revealed that they did shoot a pilot for the project, but unfortunately, it never progressed beyond that stage.
“No, I don’t know what Tonka is up to. We also recorded a pilot, that’s where it ended up too. Everything ended there,” he shared.

It’s worth noting that Tomicic recently made statements in relation to the Watches Case. In her testimony, the former Channel 13 presenter disclosed that her monthly earnings ranged between $40 million and $250 million pesos.
