Israeli forces bombed the Al-Falah School in the Zaytoun neighborhood of southeastern Gaza City on Thursday night (18/7). Two civilians were killed in the attack. Five others were injured.
Local sources reported that the victims, including two dead and five injured, were evacuated to Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City.
Israel’s ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 2023 has so far killed 38,848 Palestinians. Most of the victims are women and children.
In addition, based on initial data, the Israeli attacks have also caused more than 89,459 people to be injured and left thousands of people still trapped under the rubble.
Not only with armed aggression, Israel also kills Palestinians by exploiting water. Israel has damaged or destroyed five water and sanitation facilities every three days since the start of the invasion. Oxfam’s latest report reveals that Israel is systematically using water as a weapon once morest Palestinians in Gaza, demonstrating a complete disregard for human life and international law.
The report, titled Water War Crimes, found that Israel’s water supply cuts, systematic destruction of water facilities and deliberate obstruction of aid have reduced the amount of water available in Gaza by 94%, or to 4.74 liters a day per person. That has led to a deadly health disaster. (Ant/Z-11)
