Last Sunday, Sweden’s
Crown Princess Victoria year.
She turned 47 years old.

Her birthday is celebrated
every year in several ways.
Among other things, there is a concert on television.
It is on Öland.

Every year Victoria shares
out another price
a good athlete.
It’s called the Victoria Prize.

This year, Isabelle Haak received the award.
She is one of the world’s
best in volleyball.

– I am very happy regarding that
to get such a nice price.
It’s extra fun
because volleyball
is a small sport in Sweden,
says Isabelle Haak.

Isabelle Haak has won
Women’s Champions League this year.
She plays in Italian
Imoco volleyball league.

The first Victoria Prize
was awarded in 1979.
Other athletes who
received Victoria’s prize is among others
Ingemar Stenmark, Gunde Svan,
Jan-Ove Waldner and Pernilla Wiberg.
