Protagonist in a merry-go-round of declarations and accusations of tax evasion where Antonis Remos has been for the last few weeks.The popular singer has seen his name involved in reports that want him to hide exorbitant amounts from the tax authorities, an act which of course he categorically denies.
More specifically, Antonis Remos is being investigated by the competent authorities for tax evasion amounting to 1.5 million euros, money laundering and non-payment of debtsfollowing a finding by the Authority for Combating Income from Illegal Activity, with which his movable and immovable property was attached.
At the concert given by the singer at the Gis Theater in Thessaloniki on Monday night (15/7) he sent his own message from the scene regarding the much-discussed case involving him.
“We will talk regarding everything in time. Everything in its time. But know one thing, I have never fooled you, I have never lied to you and what I say, I really mean it. And if some people want to present me as the monster they have in their hearts and minds, that monster will eat them, you know that.” said Antonis Remos characteristically.
“Truth always shines in the end. The truth is the one that always comes out in the air”, emphasized the singer closing his presentation in front of the thousands of fans who flocked to the Earth Theater to enjoy him.
