Slovenian professional cyclist Tadej Pogacar also won stage 15 of the Tour de France. The 25-year-old from Team Emirates beat Dane Jonas Vengergaard on the second mountain stage of the Tour de Pyrenees (Visma-Lease a Bike) to expand gave him a lead in the overall rankings. For Pogacar, it was a victory on the third day of the 111th Tour de France.
