Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Government officially launched this Friday the website www.cherogapora.gov.py, where people interested in purchasing a home through Che Róga Porã can learn regarding available real estate proposals and choose the one that best suits their expectations.
The event will be attended by the President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, within the framework of an Expofair in which real estate developers adhering to the emblematic program will participate.
Middle-class families eager to learn regarding the real estate offers available can visit the Events Center on Paseo La Galería from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with free admission.
The Program is aimed at families with incomes between 1 and 4 minimum wages who wish to purchase their own home. They can register on the Che Róga Porã website and choose the real estate proposal they like, apply for the loan at one of the participating financial institutions and pay it back in an unbeatable period of 20 to 30 years, with installments at rental prices and a historically competitive rate of 6.5% per year.
Che Roga Porã has been strengthened with the participation of various actors in society, throughout three phases of implementation and is moving towards becoming a public policy capable of addressing the housing deficit at the national level.
The Program is an initiative that emerged with the current Government, committed to responding to the working class that yearns to access their own, decent, safe and quality housing.
