  • 1/2 kg of minced meat

  • 1 medium ginger

  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves

  • Salt as needed

  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot spice powder

  • 2 small onions

  • 8 cloves garlic

  • 5 green chilies

  • 2 teaspoons of coriander powder

  • 2 cups vegetable oil
