Enayat Siddiq said that gold bullion is the purest type of gold.
She also said in the lawsuit that the bank and her sister seized gold jewelry, documents for land, shops and apartments that represent the assets of the estate, will and gift, according to her father’s wishes.
The lawsuit stated that the bank had previously confirmed that the plaintiff’s father had two safes at the bank and had liquidated them and cleared the accounts, which contradicts the truth of the matter, as the date of liquidation of the two safes at the bank was the year 2000, while the plaintiff’s father had postponed the liquidation date and the previous date was forged and did not represent the truth, and there was tampering with that date.
She added that the plaintiff and her siblings resorted to the court to reveal the confidentiality of their father Mahmoud Siddiq’s accounts, but the bank’s response to the court constituted a contradiction that raised a question mark, which is that “there are no transactions with the bank from the plaintiff’s father.”
The lawsuit asserted that this issue in this form represents “an attack on the assets of Mahmoud Siddiq’s estate and makes the matter thorny and suspicious by insisting on it.”
The plaintiff demanded that the real dealings of the heirs be immediately disclosed, whether they were on a previous date that was not considered valid or otherwise, by means of an official letter addressed to the Agouza Misdemeanour Court, so that the plaintiff might receive the will and gift and distribute what remained to the heirs.
The lawsuit was given five days from its date to send the official letter to the court, otherwise the plaintiff would be forced to notify the Public Prosecutor as another new report along with the rest of the reports.
