ACTRESS Sahila Hisyam uses sports as a way to stay disciplined in managing her time and maintaining her body’s endurance amidst her busy schedule.

“For example, if I go out at night to party and think regarding having to wake up early tomorrow to go for a run, if I sleep too late my endurance won’t be maintained, so it really brings me back to living a tidy life and sleeping regularly,” said Sahila, quoted Sunday (7/7).

He also feels that by exercising he can be disciplined with time and keep himself young and not get tired easily.

Not half-heartedly, he is currently pursuing three sports at once, such as running which can maintain his endurance, self-defense which he has only been pursuing in the last five months, and surfing with the challenge of conquering the waves and as a place to improve his mental state following being tired in the capital city.

Specifically for self-defense sports, he also studied Muay Thai movements because he wanted to get better reflexes following previously experiencing unpleasant actions while running.
