Valeye’s baby giraffe is doing really well. “The baby giraffe drinks very well. From a height of two meters, it can place itself well under its mother’s belly to nurse. It is a newborn, but it is not small. The bone horns, i.e. The “horn” located above the skull remains soft and flat, which of course makes a big difference to the mother during childbirth, and everyone in the nursery can appreciate his warmth. They will soon join the herds of cattle on the prairie outside.

Male giraffes like this “little guy” can reach 5.5 meters in length, while females can reach 4.5 meters. Giraffes are the world’s largest land mammals, although they only have seven cervical vertebrae like humans. Their tongues also have unique dimensions: regarding 45 centimeters long.
