Article 6 authorizes the Acquisition and contracting of goods and services for the Ministry of Communications, Infrastructure and Housing (CIV), Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance and the Executive Secretariat of the National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction.
