Which two teams will play the final of the Asia Cup? Predictions by Anil Kumble

The Asia Cup 2023 started yesterday with the opening match between hosts Pakistan and Nepal in Multan.

The series of predictions regarding the finalist teams of Asia Cup 2023 continues on behalf of former cricketers.

Speaking to a cricket website, India’s legendary former spinner Anil Kumble predicted arch-rivals Pakistan and India to play the final on September 17.

“It’s something we all want, India and Pakistan are two of the best teams in the tournament and I don’t see any reason why neither of them can reach the final,” he said.

Former Indian opener Wasim Jaffer also expressed similar views, he said that in the history of Asia Cup, India and Pakistan have never played the final.

Wasim Jaffer said ‘Everybody wants India and Pakistan to have a final, but this has never happened in the history of Asia Cup, so I would also like to see a Pakistan-India final’.

Apart from this, Pakistan’s former spinner and well-known commentator Urooj Mumtaz also believes that the final of the Asia Cup will be played between Pakistan and India.

He said that the final of the Asia Cup will be played between traditional rivals Pakistan and India.
