British newspaper’s request to dismiss Johnny Depp’s case rejected

The British court rejected the petition filed by the famous newspaper ‘Din Sun’.

According to the Associated Press (AP), Judge Andrew Nicol rejected the request of The Sun’s lawyers, saying that he thought there should be a trial.

The judge said that the central point of the said case is whether Johnny Depp tortured his ex-wife actress Amber Heard or not.

The judge also rejected claims that Johnny Depp forced his ex-wife to open up regarding her relationship with other men and that Johnny Depp assaulted his wife only following the actress refused.

The judge said that if Amber Heard had relations with other men even though she was Johnny Depp’s wife, then it was right to torture her or not?

The trial will begin this month following the British newspaper’s request was rejected, and it is believed that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard will also appear in person.
