In a notice addressed to Matar Ndiaye, manager of wrestler Adama Korera, also known as Ada Fass, the National Wrestling Management Committee (NGC) outlined the reasons for the wrestler’s one-year suspension.
The Rules and the Arbitration Report
The CNG first stated the regulatory framework for its decision:

Considering the arbitration report dated June 30, 2024;

In view of circular No. 005/2023 of January 5, 2023 which states: “Beyond the additional thirty (30) minutes, the wrestler concerned will be subject to an automatic suspension ranging from six (06) months to three (03) years”.
Violation of Wrestling Rules
The CNG then specified the reasons for Ada Fass’s sanction:

Whereas the wrestler Adama Korera, known as Ada Fass, deliberately delayed the continuation of the fights, causing the wrestling gala to end late;

Noting the blatant and intentional violation of wrestling rules in general and the aforementioned circular in particular.

Based on these reasons, the CNG office, during its meeting on Monday, July 1, 2024, made the following decisions:

Wrestler Adama Korera, known as Ada Fass, from the Fass Benno wrestling stable, license No. 201900495, receives his balance following the deduction of financial penalties;

Wrestler Adama Korera, known as Ada Fass, from the Fass Benno wrestling stable, license No. 201900495, is suspended for a period of one (01) year from the date of signature of this notification.
