The French brand Dreamer has just launched its new flagship product for 2025. The Camper Sport is an innovative van, featuring a unique cargo hold where the bed can be raised and the bed base can be lifted vertically (in its rear half). Let’s delve deeper into its features.
The Dreamer Camper Sport is a large van with a height of 2.88 m (H3). Stretching 6.36 m in length, it is based on the Fiat Ducato with a 140 hp engine. This latest model joins the manufacturer’s catalog with a starting price of €63,100. The version we are showcasing here costs approximately €7,500 more, as it belongs to the Addict series. It includes a “profile-style” cap above the windscreen and a skyview that extends the windscreen.
A high-bay van with a maxi-hold
The most notable feature of this van is its spacious cargo hold. Similar to other campervans, the bed is arranged lengthwise and can be raised electrically. However, Dreamer incorporates several innovative elements that make its system particularly ergonomic.
Lift-up bed and folding base
The bed can be raised by 40 cm using jacks, going from 1 meter high (in the lowered position), to 1.40 meters in the raised position. The unique aspect here is that a portion of the bed base can be raised. Specifically, the part located at the rear of the vehicle allows you to stand upright in the cargo hold. This is particularly helpful for loading items such as a motorcycle. In this configuration, the ceiling height reaches 2.13 m! The hold additionally includes a folding seat (on the left side).
Another noteworthy feature: the maxi-hold is closed off from the inside. A wall, equipped with a gate, separates it from the living space.

The bed measures 2 meters in length and 1.70 m in width, offering ample space comparable to other vans with long beds. The bedroom is equipped with overhead cabinets. When the bed is in the raised position, its width slightly decreases. Regarding the ceiling height, it remains comfortable at around fifty centimeters, owing to the vehicle’s high overall height.

The Fun+ and Addict versions include a Duo’Space bathroom with a pivoting wall, while the Fun version adopts a fixed 3-in-1 bathroom. The living area at the front traditionally includes a two-seater bench seat (with seat belts), two pivoting cabin seats, and an extendable table. The overhead cabinets on the left side capitalize on the van’s size to maximize height.
