An atmosphere of excitement and satisfaction prevailed yesterday in Lousika of Western Achaia following the end of the theatrical performance “Two thirds… fits” in the courtyard of the Lousika Primary School. The show, which was organized by the Region of Western Greece and co-organized by the Municipality of Western Achaia, spread plenty of laughter and received the loudest applause from the spectators. Citizens had the opportunity to watch an excellent production directed by Stavros Nikolaidis for free.
“We participate, organize, co-organize and support as much as we can, because culture is a valuable element in human life. We want people to have a good time, have fun and “heal” their soul. For this reason, we strengthen the efforts of cultural clubs and organizations. Our Municipality must be an aid to Culture by embracing artistic concerns, as it is the compass for the future of our country”, said the Mayor of Western Achaia Grigoris Alexopoulos.
“We all make a great effort to support the cultural events that are vital for everyone. The cultural summer of our Municipality continues. Many more events will follow in all municipal units”, said the Deputy Mayor of Culture Nadia Askounis.
