The “Summer in the Tobolsk Kremlin” festival kicks off today in the Tyumen Region. At 9 pm, the grand “Keys of Siberia” concert (6+) will begin. Thousands of people are coming to Tobolsk to enjoy classical music. All tickets have been sold out.
