Cabello reveals an “arrest warrant” for an opposition leader

The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, revealed on Wednesday that there is an “arrest warrant” once morest an opposition leader with the initials FS, without giving further details of who it is.

“There is an arrest warrant over there, I saw it, it has the initials FS, for hate speech here in Venezuela,” Cabello said during his program “Con el Mazo Dando” broadcast by VTV.

He added that “whoever crosses the line, said the President (Nicolás Maduro), we will step on their tail, let them yell wherever they want.”

He stressed that the National Government works “for peace (…) we will not allow haters to harm this country.”

According to the Royal Spanish Academy, the arrest warrant is the judicial resolution by which the precautionary measure of provisional imprisonment is decreed.
