Shortly following 6 pm on Thursday, the 32-year-old Batzanakis of the man who met a tragic death in Crete while partying, passed the door of the Prosecutor, to apologize for the incident.
The 32-year-old requested and received a deadline to apologize next Monday, July 8, at 12 noon.
The defendant was brought to the Neapolis courts, with his defense attorney stating that the 36-year-old is in a very bad psychological state, as the two men were very dear.
“The tragic event took place under conditions of intense intoxication with the use of a weapon. At the moment when he went to shoot in the air, the victim passed in front of him and received the fatal bullet”, his lawyer, Giorgos Steiakakis, said in his statements.
