Sale of real estate by pre-negotiated offer
The Lääne-Nigula Municipal Government is selling the register part 2996250 of Putkaste tee 3 (cadastre number 45202:002:0144) located in Martna village in the form of a pre-negotiated offer with an area of 1726 m². Starting price 10,000 euros. 1. Additional conditions:
1.1. the buyer is obliged to draw up a construction project for a building that meets the municipality’s conditions and, on the basis of this, to build a building on the property (including building the necessary communications to service the building);
1.2. the buyer is obliged to start construction work within two years at the latest and to complete the construction of the building within five years at the latest following concluding the contract of sale. The construction start day is considered to be the construction start time specified in the construction start notice. The residential building is considered completed from the day the building’s use permit is issued.
2. The buyer must not have any debts to the Lääne-Nigula Municipal Government at the time of concluding the contracts.
