The Region of Western Greece, in the context of its constant orientation towards its goal, which is, among other things, the strengthening of sports in combination with social solidarity, cooperates with the Panachai Gymnastics Union for the organization of beach volleyball competitions under the name “PATRAS “GIVE LIFE” OPEN 2024 which will be held between 5-7 July 2024 at the PATRAS BEACH HOUSE facility (Panachaiki Stadium).

The tournament is organized in collaboration with the center for informing and attracting volunteer bone marrow donors of the University of Patras, KEDMOP “GIVE LIFE”.

“Many congratulations to the Panachai Gymnastics Union for the implementation of such a sporting event that tends to become an institution in our city. The organization of such competitions helps citizens to come into contact with mass sports, to create incentives to engage in healthy activities and also attract a significant number of visitors to our city.

In addition, let’s never forget that donating bone marrow is the highest act of selfless contribution to humanity and we must all contribute to attracting new bone marrow donors” emphasizes Deputy Regional Governor Charalambos Bonanos.
