Crime of revenge: Guatemalan woman is murdered in Miami by her daughter’s ex-boyfriend

A Guatemalan mother was murdered in Miami by her teenage daughter’s ex-boyfriendwho attacked her outside her home as revenge.
Eulalia Gonzalez, 39, was shot in the head by Eli Zachary Shinhoster, 16, on Thursday, June 27.
According to local authorities, the killer arrived at the Guatemalan woman’s house with “intentions to kill a member of the family” from his ex-girlfriend.
At around 8pm, the 16-year-old arrived at the home of his ex-partner’s family. and upon seeing his mother, he shot her in the head, even though she was carrying her barely 2-year-old son in her arms.
This brutal crime occurred following González’s eldest daughter had a nine-month relationship with Shinhoster and decided to put an end to it just days ago.
After killing his ex-girlfriend’s mother, lPolice arrested Shinhoster at his home in southwest Miami-Dade County and charged him with one count of first-degree murder.

The minor, following his arrest, He confessed that he carried out this crime “out of revenge” and arrived at his ex-girlfriend’s house “in order to kill one of her relatives for having ended their relationship.”
Shinhoster, 16, will be brought before a judge for this crime and It will later be determined whether he will be tried as an adult in the state of Florida.
