Tubi launches in the UK
Tubi has nearly 80 million monthly active users. It’s the fastest-growing streaming service in the U.S. since being added to Nielsen’s The Gauge panel a little over a year ago. Tubi recently matched Disney+ in total watch time, according to Nielsen’s report, and it remains the most popular AVOD player.

Tubi to launch UK streaming service with over 20,000 films and TV episodes on demand. This will be curated content from the world’s largest distributors, such as Disney, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal and Sony Pictures Entertainment, as well as a wide range of exclusive Tubi Originals. The Tubi content library in the UK combines some of the best Hollywood films with contemporary British classics. It also includes popular British series, Bollywood, Nollywood and Arthouse Cinema productions.

Tubi uses machine learning technology to provide users with personalized experiences. The platform operates on a 100% free, ad-supported (AVOD) model.
In the coming weeks, Tubi will be available to viewers in the UK as a free app on every major smart TV platform, iOS and Android smartphones and the web.
On July 15th, the Tubi advertising campaign will start in the UK under the slogan „Watch what you actually want to watch” (Watch what you really want to watch).
