Bažantnice opens its doors every year on the first of July, but the operator reserves the right to close the swimming pool in case of cold or rainy weather. The tennis courts will be closed until the seventh of July.
The summer swimming pool with an atypical pool with a depth of 0.2 to 2 meters can be found in the beautiful surroundings of the Bažantnice forest park in Kladno, in the neighborhood of the Kročehlav housing estate and the village of Hřebeč. In the area of the swimming pool, the visitor has a bike rack, changing cabins, lockable boxes for valuables, a children’s playground and refreshments.
Parking is possible at the Oáza shopping center approximately 1 kilometer from the swimming pool. It is not possible to park on the forest road before the entrance to the swimming pool, nor on the field and forest road towards the village of Netřeby-Hřebeč.
Cycle route No. 0017, the so-called Kladno circuit, passes through the territory, and on its southern edge, cycle path No. 0018 from Okora to Družka. If you are interested in visiting the swimming pool, there is no need to reserve it.
