Automotive crashes head-on into tree in Oberriedl: 60-year-old injured

The accident occurred Sunday morning round 9.35 amwhen the person from the Wels-Land district was driving his automotive on the L1544 in the direction of Haslach.

In line with his personal statements, he mistakenly stepped from the brake to the accelerator in Oberriedl, municipality of St. Stefan-Afiesl.

He then veered off the highway to the correct and following regarding 50 meters crashed head-on right into a tree. He was injured and, following receiving first help, was taken to Rohrbach Hospital.
