The Overseas Ministers of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, and Venezuela, Yván Gil, signed a memorandum this Tuesday to collectively counter Western sanctions.
The signing befell on the sidelines of the assembly of international ministers of the BRICS group throughout the framework of the Russian presidency, which is presently being hosted by town of Nizhny Novgorod.
“We’re glad to see you and your delegation in Nizhny Novgorod. We help Venezuela’s curiosity within the BRICS,” Lavrov mentioned.

“Through the BRICS+ summit, I had the consideration of signing, along with the Overseas Minister of the Russian Federation, Sergei Lavrov, a Memorandum of Understanding, which goals to determine joint mechanisms to counteract unilateral coercive measures imposed in opposition to each nations,” wrote e his official X account, Yván Gil.
