In an inner memo, Assane Mbengue banged his fist on the desk to remind staff that the time to reach on the workplace was 8:00 a.m. and emphasised the necessity to respect the established working hours.

He clearly outlined the working hours for administrative and technical workers: “I’ve seen that some staff arrive on the workplace following 8:00 within the morning. On this regard, I remind you that the working hours are as follows:
– Administrative workers: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to five:00 pm, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a one-hour break
– Technical workers: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to five:00pm, with a one-hour break from 1:00pm to 2:00pm; Friday and Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm »
