No one has the right to torture, only the state can use it: Sarfaraz Bugti

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has said that for years hatred has been brewing in the people of Balochistan.

Addressing the ceremony in Quetta, he said that no one has the right to torture, it can only be used by the state, and only the people in uniform can use it, apart from this, anyone can use it for any reason. Violence is not allowed.

He said that in the case of Balochistan, there is a thought that it is developing, there are no roads, water, electricity, gas, education facilities, so it is a rebellion here, there is a big difference between reality and perception.

Sarfraz Bugti said that the person who is fighting, who is carrying a gun, says that I am not fighting on this basis, I want to create a new state based on Baloch nationality, which includes Afghanistan, Iran and part of Pakistan. Yes, I will not do violence in Afghanistan and Iran because they kill more, but I will do it in Balochistan. Balochistan has its own sensitive issues and the government’s attitude towards violence is also compromising.

They said that violence in the name of religion is terrorism but we have invented a new term for it which is angry Baloch but angry Baloch is one who is not getting a job despite education, he has to embrace us but innocent citizens. How can the killer be an angry Baloch?

Sarfraz Bugti said that if the jobs are sold, then there will be a gap between the state and the youth, unemployment will destroy the confidence of the youth, there are some mistakes, but we believe in the supremacy of the constitution and law.

He said that he will not compromise on the rights of Balochistan, he will discuss his rights with the federal government through constitutional forums.
