Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Senior actor Epy Kusnandar and one of his colleagues were arrested by the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit for a drug case.
This started from public reports. The police then carried out an investigation on Thursday (9/5) evening.
The police moved quickly to the crime scene (TKP) at the Kalibata Apartments, South Jakarta.
When they were at the crime scene, the police first arrested Epy Kusnandar’s colleague with the initials YG. Then, the police arrested Epy Kusnandar following the investigation was carried out.
“One of these two people, we found marijuana,” said West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Investigation Unit Head AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga, quoted from detikcom, Saturday (11/5/2024).
Both of them were arrested in the same location, namely a food stall owned by Epy Kusnandar. When urine was checked, Epy Kusnandar and YG tested positive for marijuana.
“Both of them tested positive for marijuana when their urine was tested. The two people are still investigating who the marijuana powder they found belonged to,” said Indrawienny Panjiyoga.
When he was arrested, Epy Kusnandar was conscious with YG. Now, the police are still investigating the two people.
“We will convey further regarding the status, motive and other things later,” concluded Indrawienny Panjiyoga.
