Saudi artist Mohammed Abdo announced that he was suffering from prostate cancer, saying he was undergoing chemotherapy in the French capital, Paris.
The “Arab Artist” explained the details of his state of health during a media intervention he made last night, indicating that his state of health has improved and that the side effects of radiotherapy are milder than those of other operations.
Abdo said he receives an injection every three months and is currently preparing to receive the second stage of treatment, noting that the results of the tests he carried out are “good and the cancer enzyme has a lot decreases”. The Saudi singer revealed, during an audio message to the late poet Prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen, that he had started undergoing chemotherapy sessions in Paris.

Muhammad Abdo, born in the Jazan region – southern Saudi Arabia – is considered one of the most famous artists in the Arab world, and the public called him “the Arab artist”.
