Index – Interior – Gy. Erzsébet Németh: There is no need to bring me bean soup to prison

“As a public figure, Annamária Gáborné Áder Pölöskei would have much more opportunities to defend herself in the press, but she hides behind her brother’s back,” Erzsébet Gy. Németh said on Tuesday evening, ATV Straight Talk in his show.

Gy. Erzsébet Németh said that Áder Annamária Pölöskei Gáborné should have known that two employees of the orphanage in Bicske already told her in 2011 that the director of the orphanage might harass the children. He also had to know that the announcement was made, what it contained, and that János V returned to the institution following taking his two weeks’ leave.

According to the politician, it is not only him who claims this, but also the chief clerk had an investigation into the case during the mayorship of Gergely Karácsony, and the capital also set up an ad hoc investigation committee, and Gy. Erzsébet Németh quoted from this investigation report in the parliament on Monday and supported the fact that In 2011, the Budapest municipality and Áder Annamária Pölöskei Gáborné might have done more to protect the children.

According to the representative of the DK parliament, he was very surprised that János Áder initiated this case, since, as he said, Annamária Gáborné Áder Pölöskei, as deputy state secretary, and thus as a public figure, would have much more opportunities to defend herself in the press, but she “hides all the time, the he’s hiding behind his brother’s back” and believes that the court will settle the matter, but he is “facing this lawsuit”.

According to Gy. Erzsébet Németh, there is another outrageous thing regarding this case, that no one among the members of the government apologized to the victims of Bicske. Only the deputy mayor at the time, Miklós Csomós, now wrote a letter to Gergely Karácsony, in which he followed the victims of Bicske, and a part of which was read out in the parliament by the representative of the DK parliament. As he said, “the members of the government listened to the sentences in frozen silence.”

Regarding the suspension of his immunity, he said: it is customary that the immunity of representatives is not suspended in private prosecution cases. He added that in the past, in almost all cases of this type, the opposition representatives were acquitted, and then he reassured those who were worried regarding him. As he said, “you don’t have to take bean soup to prison.”

His immunity has been suspended

On March 18, Annamária Áder Pölöskei Gáborné filed a criminal complaint once morest Gy. Németh Erzsébet for defamation committed in public. In the private initiative, they also requested the suspension of the politician’s immunity from the President of the National Assembly.

They did it because I told the country, János Áder’s brother, as head of department in the capital, knew regarding what was happening in the children’s home in Bicske, yet he did not prevent János V. from further harassing the child entrusted to him

– the member of parliament responded to the proposal to suspend immunity. Gy. Erzsébet Németh added that she can say on behalf of the entire community of DK that they will not listen, they will not put up with the fact that Fidesz politicians excuse helpers. He also said that they want consequences, so they cannot be intimidated.

The Immunity Committee – with 3 yes votes and 2 no votes – recommended to the Parliament on Monday to suspend the immunity of the member of parliament Erzsébet Gy. Németh in the given case, which was accepted by the parliament on Tuesday with 140 yes votes and 43 no votes, thus suspending the immunity of the politician . This was necessary in order to be able to stand before the Pest Central District Court in this case. (Members of the National Assembly are entitled to immunity, so they can only appear in court following it has been suspended.)

Gy. Erzsébet Németh said that she will not be silenced, and that she will do everything possible to pass the best possible law. According to him, Annamária Áder Pölöskei Gáborné, Katalin Novák and Zoltán Balog, as well as the entire Fidesz, are responsible. According to him, János Áder’s brother does not dare to stand up on his own, and sends messages through the former president of the republic.

It started with an announcement

As we reported earlier, according to Gy. Erzsébet Németh, former President János Áder’s sister, Annamária Gáborné Áder Pölöskei, knew regarding the pedophile director from Bicske, yet she did nothing as head of the capital’s child protection department.

In addition to the above statement, the representative of the DK parliament is also available on the party’s website announcementstated that during the mayorship of István Tarlós, two employees of the children’s home in Bicske already told the Capital City in 2011 that the director of the children’s home might harass the children, yet nothing happened, and that the case reached the Capital City’s Department of Education, Child and Youth Protection, whose its leader was Annamária Áder Gáborné Pölöskei.

He should have known what the director was doing with the children living in the children’s home in Bicske, yet he did nothing, so the pedophile director might harass the children entrusted to him for another 5 years. Gáborné Annamária Pölöskei Áder was promoted following her silence and became Zoltán Balog’s secretary of state

– said Erzsébet Gy. Németh.

János Áder, the former president of the republic, previously told our newspaper regarding the situation: “I am not competent to sue in the case, but my sister is. I can say on his behalf, it was clear from the first moment that he had to sue.”

At a later press conference, Gy. Erzsébet Németh continued to demand the resignation of Annamária Áder Gáborné Pölöskei. The politician and his party held János Áder’s sister accountable to the government for the pardon scandal.

János Áder on Kossuth radio at the beginning of March Sunday newspaper he said in his program that a report from the chief registrar proves that Gy. Erzsébet Németh might have made untruths. According to the former president of the republic, the 21-page registrar’s report records that in 2011, his sister, who worked as the head of department in the mayor’s office, informed the then registrar in a memo that due to a public interest report regarding the director of the orphanage in Bicske, the preparation of the report had begun.
