There has been a powerful explosion in central Gothenburg.
Pictures show great devastation at a restaurant.
– My whole bed shook from the explosion and I still live several hundred meters away, says a witness.

At 23.20 on Sunday evening, several alarm calls came in regarding a loud bang in central Gothenburg.
Pictures from the scene show great devastation on the facade of a house. The glass entrance to a restaurant has been smashed.
At 11.30 p.m., the police and emergency services had just arrived at the scene.
The emergency services say that they are currently waiting and waiting for the national bomb shelter.
– We are not doing anything more at the moment, says the line operator.
“The whole street is blocked off”
A resident in the area says that the whole house shook.
– There is a strong smell of gunpowder. A Foodorabil that was parked outside had had its airbags deployed and windows smashed. The entire street is now cordoned off and the police and fire brigade are on the scene.
Another witness lives several hundred meters from the explosion site but describes that her entire bed shook.
– I then wondered what it was and saw in the 112 app that an explosion had occurred. Soon following, I heard sirens from the police and emergency services.
The police tell TT that no one seems to have been injured in connection with the explosion.
