Asunción, IP Agency.- To generate the number of jobs planned by the Government, professional training and the strengthening of human capital that Paraguay has are fundamental factors in this process, highlighted the director of the National Labor Training and Training System (Sinafocal), Alfredo Mongelós.
In an interview with TV Paraguay, he mentioned that the commitment with President Santiago Peña and the Minister of Labor, Mónica Recalde, is very great, which is to generate 500,000 jobs, which is why it necessarily requires training support.
He pointed out that for better coordination in this aspect they are working to establish a National Council of Education and Labor, so that it coordinates with all units of public institutions that provide training.
The objective is that through the National Qualifications System there are catalogs of profiles appropriate to the current needs of the private sector labor market; and that the training offered and given effectively serves to obtain a job.
In this context, he emphasized the renewal of the members of the tripartite body of Sinafocal, which brings together representatives of the public sector, the productive sector and the labor confederations. They must work on the profiles currently required by companies, both public and private, for the job training of people.
He explained that it is also essential to work with local governments, government and the private sector to generate jobs and outline policies for the training of human resources.
The largest employer in Paraguay is the private sector, which currently requires people with soft skills with multiple knowledge to work. The needs are changing and much more dynamic, he said.
