INNER City Management, company management property has just celebrated its 18th birthday with the theme ‘Grow Healthier’ by holding the Color Run #Togetherun at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Saturday (27/4). ICM has used the 18th anniversary of its journey in the field of property management as a momentum to grow stronger in the colors of diversity.
ICM Operations Director Krisdiarto Adi Pranoto said, this anniversary was interpreted as gratitude and happiness following going through 18 years full of twists and turns and challenges, but ICM succeeded in making various achievements and proud achievements. Especially in the midst of the difficult times of the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on all sectors including property management, ICM continues to show its resilience to progress and develop hand in hand, strengthening each other in diversity.
“Thanks to the hard work and dedication of all ICM employees, we managed to get out of this difficult time. “Therefore, today we are all exercising, followed by all levels at the managed site. We have proven that yesterday’s pandemic actually made ICM stronger and healthier,” said Krisdiarto.
In the ICM Color Run #Togetherun event, 1,000 participants took part in a leisurely run full of joy and color in diversity, for 5 kilometers around TMII. The choice of TMII was also not without reason. ICM wants to encourage the spirit of change as is done by TMII in the company property management must be adaptive, evolving over time.
According to him, building improvement, landscape improvement, and the implementation of digitalization, both applications and the use of social media, needs to be carried out for the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Krisdiarto revealed that his party had conducted training for representatives of each managed site to optimize the use of social media, as one of the parameters that ICM has carried out effective communication with tenants and stakeholders. Even at the age of 18, ICM has emphasized its vision and mission to be at the forefront in the field of management and continue to provide the best service by constantly innovating to become a manager to be proud of.

ICM General Manager Customer Care and Community Care Rusli Usman added, on its 18th anniversary, ICM held a series of interesting activities starting from the Color Run #Togetherun which was attended by management employees, P3SRS administrators and colleagues and partners at each managed site. Then there is door prizes worth tens of millions of rupiah, as well as an entertainment stage and music concert featuring Alex Reed start band Gigi which made the celebration moment even more lively.
ICM also gives awards to in-house and outsource employees who have been dedicated to the company in the Best Employee event with several categories such as Best Cleaner, Security, Receptionist, Staff, Supervisor and Chief, as well as Best Apartment Manager. Apart from that, the Best Customer Care Site award is also given every year to sites that have consistently implemented 7 aspects of the customer care program.
“This year there are 3 categories for Best Customer Care Site. The award for 1000 units and under was given to The Jakarta Residences, for 1000 to 3000 units was given to Gading Mediterranean Residences, and over 3000 units was won by Kalibata City Apartments. “The winners of Best Customer Care Site are role models to motivate other managed sites to provide the best service to stakeholders,” said Rusli.
